Perth Upper Limb Surgery (PULS) was established in 2020 by Orthopedic Surgeon, Angus Keogh, with a view to providing excellence in service to patients and their referring doctors.

A bright, friendly clinic environment is paramount to our vision of excellent service. Perth Upper Limb Surgery offers the full suite of upper limb surgery: from carpal tunnel releases, shoulder joint replacements to hand microvascular surgery. We manage Private as well as Worker’s Compensation patients. We manage chronic (long term) and acute traumatic injuries.
